Linda Marie Ross

Linda Marie (nee Clark) Ross passed away at home on February 5, 2023, due to complications from Alzheimer’s with her family by her side. Linda has reunited with her beloved husband of 41 years, Robert Ross. Linda, 79, was born March 25, 1943 in Moundsville, West Virginia. Linda resided in Akron, Ohio after meeting her loving husband, Robert. Linda was a hairdresser and avid genealogist. She loved to dance, travel, and play cards. Linda was preceded in death by her parents. Vencon and Zona Clark and her husband, Robert Ross. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Arlene Davis, her brother-in-law David Leo Davis, her brothers, Eugene and Roger Clark, and sister-in-law, Shirley Clark. She is survived by her faithful and devoted brother, Richard Clark, and sisters-in-law Joanne and Carol Clark. Linda is also survived by her daughters, Vicky (David) Miga, Denise (John) Furner, and Nadine (Paul) Bigham, grandchildren, Allen (Emily), Alex (Justin), Nathan, Karina, Sam, and Josh, and great-grandchildren, Danilynn, Cole, Emmitt, and Lily. A special thank you to the staff of Cleveland Clinic Hospice and, especially, to her daughter, Denise, who relocated to Ohio to provide her mom with devoted care.

Friends and family will be received, Saturday, February 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at House of Eberhardt Funeral Home 472 W. Turkeyfoot Lake Road, New Franklin, OH 44319. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Manchester Cemetery 1066 West Nimisila Road, New Franklin, OH 44216.
