Donald Ray Hayes Jr.

Donald Ray Hayes Jr., 62, passed away suddenly January 28th, 2023. Donald was born on March 26th, 1960, in Akron, Ohio.

He enjoyed fishing, car races, rock & roll music, and most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a kindhearted and caring person and had a love for children. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews that absolutely adored him. He will also be missed by anyone that knew him because he always put a smile on faces and made people laugh.

He is preceded in death by his father Donald Hayes Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Eleanor (Bill) King, Daughter, Jaclyn Hayes, Sisters, Maddy (Jack) Sharp, Lesha (Gregg) Reed, Anita (Bob) Fox, Vicky (Mike) Gross and Evelyn Hayes, Grandchildren, Hailey & Preston and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 5 p.m. at House of Eberhardt Funeral Home, 472 W Turkeyfoot Lk Rd (Rt. 619) Portage Lakes.  Mr. Don Bolic officiating.  Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 3 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
