Ann M Fortine

Ann Marie Fortine, 81, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023.  She was born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania to Julius and Helen (nee Brodzinski) Kotels and retired as a Registered Nurse from Health Haven nursing home.  She was a long standing parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church,  loved poodle dogs, working with ceramics, was an avid Precious Moments collector and loved following her favorite baseball team, the Cleveland Indians. She was married to the love of her life, Albert, for fifty-nine years who recently passed on November 1, 2022.

She is survived by sons, Michael (Beth) Fortine and Christopher (Beth) Fortine, grandchildren, Alan, Colleen and Emily.

A Catholic Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.  Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, January 8 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at House of Eberhardt Funeral Home, 472 W Turkeyfoot Lk Rd., (Rt. 619) Portage Lakes.
